| I sell ready made designs and fabric combos on ebay, and on the "Drawing Room" page. This enables customers to aquire dresses convienently. I no longer take total custom orders, and will consider working with your design, but I will provide the fabrics, and I no longer make 2 piece dresses. Making customs are way more time consuming compared to choosing a ready made design and fabrics package. I reserve the right to have artistic freedom to add or make minor detail changes if I feel it's to better the overall look of the dress design. I will send an e-mail regarding any kind of change, but ask to get replies back. If my notes are ignored, I will move forward. I currently take Paypal, checks or money orders. Once your order is approved I require a small deposit. Once the order is ready to start, I will need 1/2 payment, according to the date we agree on. Then when it's about done, I require the last 1/2. (You must make your payment by the invoice date. If you don't, your dress goes up for sale, and you lose your deposit, any payments you made, and the dress) (I understand things come up, and if that's the case I excpect a simple email.) Otherwise I will enforce. If your computer goes down, then please call. My work is always delivered, and everything is confirmed in e-mails. ***************** If you really don't like your dress, or your TC decides she doesn't like it, or your child has a growth spurt during the month, you may sell the dress. I can post a notice on my website and try to help you sell it, but I Do Not give refunds. If you paid a deposit, and change your mind, you lose the deposit. If you paid any amount of money and the dress is in the works and you change your mind, I will not give the money back. You will still owe the balance. If you don't pay the payment, then I will sell the dress. This is my living and I will get paid for my service, just as you would. The dress is guaranteed to fit as long as I am provided the correct measurements. I will not do alterations after it's made unless it's my mistake. Then I must be notified on the day it arrives, and have it returned within 3 days for repair. Then it will be returned to you. I don't provide repair service for the life of the dress. If you wear it, and it rips, etc. it's not my responsibility to fix it. If you want to have any work done, I will have to charge shipping and a fee depending on your problem, and it will have to be scheduled where I can fit you in. Once the dress has been worn it's out of my hands and considered used. No Refunds or Exchanges. All sales are FINAL. If you change your mind about something that requires additions, or extras on order allready in progress, you may have added charges. If you want changes made and fail to inform me in a timely manner, your dress may be put behind the next order. I have to work on schedule, and cannot be left hanging. I am prompt on giving you information, I excpect the same courtesy in return. I do provide good communication, updates, photos and meet deadlines. ************************************************************ How it works; You MUST have approval from your TC before giving me a deposit or payment. You need to take responsibilty and do your part in the process. I also need the TC's name and the school you attend. I send a measurement chart to be filled out and expect it to be done the way I ask for it. If you add extra inches, your dress will be too big because I add extra room in assorted areas. You will then have to get it altered by someone else. If you fail to provide the photo of youself that I ask for, which helps me in making your dress a good fit, I will not take it back for alteration if it should need it. While the dress is being made, I will send a photo of the completed top, then the finished bottom. I take final photos, before I mail the dress. All my work is photographed, and kept in a file along with your measurements you provide, and measurements of the finished dress. I only ship Insured Priority mail through the USPS.
