I have finished up my last assignment to complete my fashion design course. It has only taken 2 years! I have started to design some pieces for myself, but I will have some things for sale. I am always in search of unique or vintage items that can be used as trims, or parts of a garment. I like to visit antique stores, and thrift shops. I design around fabrics, the same way as I design my Irish dance costumes. When I find something beautiful, I buy it and turn it into something fabulous. My clothes can be Seen in Studio 7 I also just opened a Cottage to house assorted crafts people, and artists. If you have a talent or hobby to share with the world, space is available for rental. # If you have purchased a dress from me, your space is free for 1 year! In the midst of a huge load of Solo dresses, I will try to fit in some new designs that will be posted in the Drawing Room. Check in the Drawing Room for occasional specials. Sometimes I will mark down designs, and sometimes I have a 1 day special on a design. On the home front, I am trying to finish up our bathroom remodel. I am painting a "Stained glass window" design on the door, which is really cool and interesting. Photo will be posted when it's done! I will be cleaning the Castle this fall, so if you click on a link that is missing, it's because I'm remodeling! |
